David Hoffman
A proven senior leader and lawyer. David led the first comprehensive cyber security review of Intel Corporation and was the company’s global privacy officer. He has worked on technology compliance, legal and policy issues for over thirty years. He was the winner of the 2014 International Association of Privacy Professionals' Vanguard Award for leadership in privacy and has guided companies and governments around the world towards the ethical and innovative use of data. David regularly advises governments and has served on boards of directors and advisory boards of many companies, government agencies and civil society organizations. He particularly focuses on the analysis of whether organization practices meet the standard of “reasonable security”
